LINERS

Tank Services Provides design, supply and installation services of Flexible Unitized Liners.

As a distributor/installer of F.C. Witt Associates, LTD. products, Tank Services can provide an alternative for corrosion protection which can be accomplished more quickly without environmental impact and with considerable savings. Blasting and other costly surface preparations are usually not required, flexible liners eliminate the failure of bonded linings or applied coatings, form stress cracking, pinholes (holidays) and substrate contamination.

Witt Flexible Unitized Liners are fabricated to critical tolerances, all seams are dielectrically welded and corners are creased for superior liner conformity. Applications include open top tanks, cylindrical tanks, secondary containments, trenches, sumps, pits (above and below fluid level), D.O.T. truck trailers, hoppers, floors and drums.

Liners can be installed over unsuitable substrates and deteriorated linings. Multiple fastening systems are utilized to accommodate numerous construction designs. Future installation can be duplicated and inventoried.

Material formulations are made of U.V. stabilized high grade resins and Plasticine. Liners are transparent, Witt Liners do not use fillers which can reduce service life and prohibit detection of material flaws.
