We have just completed the purchase of a substantial interest in Hawkeye Services LLC, Located in Terra Alta WV. Hawkeye's manager is Ralph Lewis, a fifteen year veteran of Columbia Gas Transmission Co. He is NACE Certified as both a coating inspector and as a senior corrosion technologist.

Hawkeye is equipped with excavating equipment, testing equipment survey equipment, and most importantly, qualified work crew. They are capable of ground bed and anode installation, PCM (ACVG) surveys, pipeline repair, bell hole inspections and miscellaneous compressor station work.

We have worked with Ralph and his crew on joint ventures for the past couple of years and they have proven to be very capable and dependable. We have taken the opportunity to be formally associated with Hawkeye because we believe the blending of capabilities will be valuable to both businesses.
