In
November 1999, we completed the move of our shop operation to a brand
new facility in Canton, Ohio. We have built a 30,000 Sq. Ft. steel facility
on seven acres.
In our shop, we have installed a 60' long blast booth made by Hoffman
Co. of Texas. This booth uses recyclable steel grit for an abrasive,
which is continually cleaned and recycled. Our
painting is accomplished in two, sixty foot long JBI booths which filter
the air flow, and are capable of 160 degree baking. The booths contain
400 lights to minimize painting errors. Product
is loaded onto 50 foot long steel floors which are moved about the facility
by an air flotation transporter supplied by AeroGo Co. Finished product
is loaded inside, under crane, onto a submerged truck dock. Our
experience has been in the painting of manufactured light poles, cellular
towers, sign standards, heat exchangers, fan ducting, structural steel,
cryogenic tanks, various fabricated structures, piping, and the lining
of bulk carrier trailers. We are also expert in the painting of galvanized
steel and aluminum. We customarily apply a full range of coatings including
enamels, zincs, epoxies, urethanes, and have the ability to force cure
coatings.
