SHOP SERVICES
Our shop services division has been in the specialty coating business since 1979. In November 1999, we completed the move of our shop operation to a new facility in Canton, Ohio. We have built a 30,000 Sq. Ft. building on seven acres. In our shop we have installed a 60' long blast booth manufactured by Hoffman Co. This booth uses steel grit as an abrasive, which is continually cleaned and recycled.
Our painting is accomplished in two 60' long JBI booths which filter the air flow, and are capable of 160 degree baking. Each booth contains 400 lights to minimize painting errors. Product is loaded onto 50' long steel floors which are moved about the facility by an air and caster transporter . Finished product is loaded inside, under crane onto a submerged truck dock.

Our shop has been given the American Galvanizing Association's Award of Excellence for coating over hot dip galvanizing for a 2001 project involving the Muskingum River bridge in Zanesville, Ohio. Certifications: Our shop has been quality certified by SSPC as QP-3. We
